Staff Application Process
This will explain how you can become Trial-Moderator and we will see how you do and you might eventually become Moderator and work you're way to the higher ranks
Step 1 Apply
You have to apply in order to become staff this is a rule. However, people that I trust can skip all the steps e.g..

Some of these are NOT staff but still I know them I can trust them.
Step 2 Interview
On the interview you will answer questions like the application just you will have to have a mic to talk and answer the whole point of the interview is to know how you answer the questions in voice.
Step 3 Trial-Moderator
Try to do you're best while you're trial-moderator because you're still inside the training period and if you do horrible/wasting time/bad you will be demoted back to member if you pass you become moderator and then you do things on you're own, the owner/managers/admins/senior-moderators/developers wont train you because you have been good in Trial-Moderator and passed so you're responsible for the Minecraft server if you do very bad at that stage you get demoted in any rank except owner and sometimes admin that's it.
